目的探討高負壓胸腔閉式引流治療慢性膿胸的效果。方法回顧性分析九江市解放軍171醫院心胸外科2006年5月至2012年5月收治的38例慢性感染性膿胸患者的臨床資料，其中男26例、女12例，年齡7～61（41.2±7.4）歲，分析采用高負壓胸腔閉式引流治療的效果。結果 35例患者接受高負壓胸腔閉式引流治愈，3例另外行局部胸膜纖維板剝脫術，全部患者康復，治療后檢查原胸內膿腔無殘腔閉合，肺功能顯著改善。無1例行胸廓成形術。全組患者住院時間（31.40±17.65）d。無并發癥發生。隨訪1～5年無復發。結論高負壓胸腔閉式引流是治療慢性膿胸的有效手段。
