目的探討應用半荷包縫合法消除腹壁下動脈穿支皮瓣（deep interior epigastric perforator flap，DIEP）供區切口“貓耳”畸形的效果。方法 2022年5月—10月，于5例女性患者DIEP乳房再造術中，采用半荷包縫合法縫合腹部供區切口兩側髂嵴端。患者年齡39～56歲，平均48.2歲。一期乳房再造4例，二期再造1例。術后腹部供區常規加壓包扎。結果 5例患者術后1個月隨訪，皮瓣均順利成活；腹部供區切口均Ⅰ期愈合，切口兩側髂嵴端皮膚平整，無“貓耳”畸形外觀，未發現局部凹陷、感染等并發癥。結論半荷包縫合法能夠有效消除DIEP供區切口“貓耳”畸形。
