目的總結指背側雙縱行切口微型單孔鉤狀鋼板內固定治療骨性錘狀指的臨床療效。方法 2019 年 1 月—2020 年 3 月，采用末節指背側雙縱行切口微型單孔鉤狀鋼板內固定治療 26 例骨性錘狀指患者。男 20 例，女 6 例；年齡 20～68 歲，平均 43.6 歲。Wehbe 和 Schneider 分型：ⅠA 型 2 例，ⅠB 型 5 例，ⅡA 型 3 例，ⅡB 型 12 例，ⅡC 型 4 例。傷后至手術時間 1～7 d，平均 3.5 d。術后 3 個月按 Crowford 評分標準評定功能。結果 26 例患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間 3～12 個月，平均 6 個月。術后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，術后 2 個月骨折獲骨性愈合。末次隨訪時 X 線片示無骨關節炎表現，無遠側指間關節脫位及半脫位。術后 3 個月按 Crowford 評分標準，獲優 10 例，良 16 例。結論指背側雙縱形切口微型單孔鉤狀鋼板內固定治療骨性錘狀指，可提供堅強內固定、維持解剖對位、術后早期活動遠側指間關節，術后功能恢復良好。
