目的總結內髁 Hoffa 骨折合并前交叉韌帶斷裂的診療經驗。方法 2012 年 1 月—2016 年 2 月，收治 3 例外傷致內髁 Hoffa 骨折合并前交叉韌帶斷裂患者。男 2 例，女 1 例；年齡分別為 59、43、55 歲。傷后至入院時間為 2、3、1 h。采用空心螺釘固定骨折塊，關節鏡下一期前交叉韌帶重建治療。結果術后患者切口均 Ⅰ 期愈合。3 例患者分別獲隨訪 10、9、12 個月。X 線片復查示，骨折均愈合，愈合時間分別為 12、14、16 周；隨訪期間無創傷性關節炎發生。末次隨訪時，參照 Letenneur 提出的 Hoff 骨折術后功能恢復評價系統，膝關節功能均達優。結論對于內髁 Hoffa 骨折合并前交叉韌帶斷裂，切開復位空心螺釘內固定聯合膝關節鏡下前交叉韌帶重建術是一種有效、安全方法。
