目的總結 Collis 聯合胃底折疊術治療 2 例兒童先天性食管下段狹窄的診治體會。方法 2015 年 12 月及 2016 年 6 月收治 2 例先天性食管下段狹窄男性患兒，年齡均為 2 歲；均有反復嘔吐史，伴營養不良。其中 1 例因重度營養不良行胃造瘺術，8 個月后行該次手術。術前 2 例均行食管下端球囊擴張 1 次無效。行 Collis 術聯合胃底折疊術，同時行幽門成形。結果 2 例手術均順利完成，手術時間分別為 120、180 min，術中出血量 15、20 mL。狹窄段組織病理檢查提示為異位氣管支氣管軟骨。術后 1 周上消化道造影示吻合口無狹窄及漏，無明顯胃食管反流。2 例患兒均獲隨訪，均開始進普食，無吞咽困難；體質量較術前明顯增加。術后 6 個月上消化道造影檢查示吻合口通暢。結論 Collis 聯合胃底折疊術是治療兒童先天性食管下段狹窄的一種較好方法，合理的手術方案設計和手術精細化操作，可以減少術后并發癥。
