目的總結1例應用耳后瓣聯合多瓣修復右顳部惡性腫瘤組織大缺損的效果。方法 2016年1月收治1例右顳部腫物男性患者，75歲；腫物大小約為4 cm×4 cm。術中病理示鱗狀細胞癌。術中行擴大切除術、面神經解剖術，腫物切除后組織缺損范圍為8 cm×8 cm。于缺損部鄰近組織設計制備耳后瓣、鼻唇溝瓣、頰瓣、頸胸皮瓣，大小分別約為4 cm×3 cm、4 cm×2 cm、4 cm×3 cm、8 cm×4 cm，聯合修復創面。結果術后皮瓣血運良好，均成活，供受區創面均Ⅰ期愈合。術后1個月內因皮瓣張力過大，右口角向上偏移；外眥受牽拉外移，致右眼裂變小。術后3個月隨訪，右側口角位置基本恢復正常，眼周稍腫脹，眼裂稍小，皮瓣色澤、質地均良好。術后4個月面部外形對稱，表情自然協調正常，患者滿意。結論耳后瓣聯合多瓣修復顳部組織大缺損效果良好，手術方法較簡便，尤其適合老年患者。
