目的探討應用尺骨遠端鉤形鎖定鋼板（locking compression plate-distal ulna hook plate, LCP-DUHP）治療尺骨遠端不穩定骨折的臨床效果。方法 2013年1月－2014年7月，采用切開復位、LCP-DUHP內固定治療13例尺骨遠端不穩定骨折。男8例，女5例；年齡21~72歲，平均45歲。單純尺骨遠端骨折7例，均為直接暴力致傷，其中開放性損傷3例（GastiloⅡ型1例、Ⅲ型2例）；橈骨遠端合并尺骨遠端骨折6例，均為摔傷。尺骨遠端骨折均累及下尺橈關節水平，根據改良Q分型標準：Q2型7例，Q3型3例，Q4型2例，Q5型1例。受傷至內固定手術時間為3~14 d，平均7.69 d。結果術后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合。12例患者獲隨訪，隨訪時間12~24個月，平均19.7個月。X線片檢查示，除1例開放性尺橈骨遠端粉碎性骨折未達解剖復位標準外，其余患者骨折均達解剖復位。所有骨折均愈合，愈合時間為10~20周，平均12.6周。末次隨訪時，臂-肩-手功能障礙評分（DASH）為0~36分，平均10.33分。結論應用LCP-DUHP治療尺骨遠端不穩定骨折，可以提供穩定的固定效果，操作簡便，但需注意其放置的安全范圍。
