目的總結Eyres ⅢA型喙突骨折手術治療方法及效果。方法 2010年8月－2014年8月，采用鎖骨鉤鋼板固定肩關節聯合喙突骨折解剖復位后2枚空心釘固定治療4例Eyres ⅢA型喙突骨折患者。男3例，女1例；年齡36～41歲，平均39歲。致傷原因：交通事故傷3例，機器傷1例。傷后至入院時間2～12 h，平均6 h。結果術后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無感染、皮膚壞死等術后早期并發癥發生。4例均獲隨訪12個月。術后4個月取出鎖骨鉤鋼板，保留空心釘。術后8個月CT示骨折完全愈合。隨訪期間無肩關節再脫位，內固定物松動、斷裂，繼發骨折等發生。術后12個月根據Neer肩關節功能評分標準評分為83～87分，平均85分。結論對于Eyres ⅢA型喙突骨折，采用鎖骨鉤鋼板固定肩關節聯合喙突骨折解剖復位后2枚空心釘固定可行且療效滿意。
