目的總結尺橈骨雙折合并早期骨筋膜室綜合征的治療方法及療效。方法 2009年6月－2014年4月，采用切開復位內固定、封閉式負壓引流（vaccum sealing drainage，VSD）覆蓋創面、二期植皮治療尺橈骨雙折合并早期骨筋膜室綜合征16例。其中男10例，女6例；年齡18～51歲，平均32歲。致傷原因：摔傷7例，高處墜落傷5例，交通事故傷4例。受傷至手術時間2～8 h，平均4 h。術后1年采用Anderson評價系統評價療效。結果術后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無感染、植皮壞死等并發癥發生。16例均獲隨訪，隨訪時間12～30個月，平均24個月。患肢無肌肉攣縮現象，手指血運、感覺正常。隨訪期間無內固定物斷裂，無骨不連發生。尺橈骨骨折均愈合，愈合時間3～9個月，平均5個月。術后1年患側肘關節、腕關節及前臂功能恢復良好。按Anderson評價系統評價療效，獲優12例，良4例。結論尺橈骨雙折合并早期骨筋膜室綜合征行切開復位內固定、VSD覆蓋創面、二期植皮治療，手術操作簡便，利于早期功能鍛煉，療效滿意。
