目的初步探討人脫細胞羊膜（human acellular amniotic membranes，HAAM）治療下肢靜脈性潰瘍（venous ulcers，VU）的安全性和有效性。方法 2013年1月-4月應用HAAM治療4例左下肢VU男性患者。患者年齡60～65歲，平均62.3歲。病程4～13個月，平均7個月。潰瘍范圍3.0 cm×1.0 cm～5.0 cm×2.5 cm。疼痛視覺模擬評分（VAS）為6～8分，平均6.75分。結果治療后3 d HAAM與潰瘍創面貼附率達100%；治療后1周均表現為促進創面愈合。2例創面完全愈合，2例經再次補充HAAM后創面面積及深度均改善。治療期間疼痛VAS評分均逐漸降至0分。患者無局部皮膚炎癥和全身過敏反應癥狀，隨訪3個月無復發。結論 HAAM治療下肢VU操作簡便，初步結果提示治療安全且能較快有效改善創面。
