慢性踝關節不穩會嚴重影響患者的生活質量，就其發病根源而言受諸多因素的影響。該文針對其相關定義進行簡要闡述，并對現階段的最新治療進展進行分析，詳細介紹保守治療及手術治療兩種治療方法，讓骨科工作人員更加深入了解慢性踝關節不穩的治療方法，以利于患者盡快康復。
