目的對四川大學華西醫院院內出診的現狀進行調查分析，以總結院內出診經驗及不足，對其他醫院建立院內出診起到指導作用。方法對四川大學華西醫院 2015 年 7 月—2016 年 7 月共 252 次院內出診呼救事由、呼救人身份、呼救地點、現場處理措施及患者分流去向進行統計分析。結果院內出診呼救事由排前 3 位的依次為不明原因的暈倒（83 次）、心肺事件（43 次）和對比劑過敏（26 次）。呼救人多為醫務工作者（175 次）。呼救地點最多依次是檢查室 94 次，住院部 85 次，門診 58 次。患者分流去向最多的是急診搶救室（138 次），其次為空返（73 次）和急診普通診斷室（41 次）。結論三級甲等醫院由于人口流動量大，院內急救及心肺事件發生次數多，存在較多醫療風險及隱患，建立專門的院內出診團隊能保證醫院內人員的生命安全，減少醫療風險和隱患的發生，及時挽救患者的生命，值得在各醫院推廣。
