目的探討眶隔釋放聯合外眥錨著技術的眼袋整形效果。方法 2013 年 7 月—2015 年 6 月對 86 例眼袋整形需求患者應用眶隔釋放固定聯合外眥錨著技術，以加強和提升下瞼的支持力量。結果術后隨訪 24 個月，眶隔釋放聯合外眥錨著技術的眼袋整形術對眼袋、下瞼皮膚皺紋、瞼淚溝改善的效果明顯、持久，且不會出現下瞼凹陷。所有受術者對術后效果表示滿意。結論眶隔釋放聯合外眥錨著技術行眼袋整形能有效重建下瞼解剖結構，術后效果自然、持久，適應證廣，并發癥少。
