隨著以資源為基礎的相對價值比率（RBRVS）在國內本土化的發展，對我國現有的績效獎金分配制度的改革有很大的借鑒價值。該文針對RBRVS產生的背景、研究過程、理論概述、影響和局限性、國內對RBRVS的研究和應用進行闡述討論，可供國內借鑒引用RBRVS評價體系提供理論研究方面和實踐應用方面的指導和參考。
