目的觀察燒傷患者血漿凝溶膠蛋白水平及變化規律，探討凝溶膠蛋白水平與患者預后的關系。方法采用前瞻性隊列研究的方式，選取2010年1月-2013年6月收治的98例燒傷面積≥30%總體表面積患者作為研究對象，分別按照燒傷面積大小、是否出現膿毒癥以及膿毒癥患者是否死亡分組，比較不同組別患者血漿凝溶膠蛋白水平及變化趨勢。結果傷后7 d患者的血漿凝溶膠蛋白水平處于最低值，與其他時間點比較差異有統計學意義（P＜0.001）。血漿凝溶膠蛋白濃度隨著燒傷面積增大而降低（P＜0.001）。膿毒癥患者血漿凝溶膠蛋白總體均數水平低于非膿毒癥患者，差異有統計學意義（F=1 035.41，P＜0.001）。膿毒癥死亡患者血漿凝溶膠蛋白總體均數水平低于存活患者，差異有統計學意義（F=958.69，P＜0.001）；傷后7~21 d的血漿凝溶膠蛋白水平低于傷后3 d及入院當天，差異有統計學意義（P＜0.001）。結論燒傷可導致患者血漿凝溶膠蛋白水平降低，燒傷面積越大、合并膿毒癥患者的血漿凝溶膠蛋白越低。血漿凝溶膠蛋白是反映大面積燒傷患者預后的一項重要監測指標。
