                            急性胰腺炎(AP)是一種胰腺外分泌的炎癥性疾病,輕重癥臨床表現與處理迥異。自1991年以來,國內外胰腺病學專家,在逐步積累急性胰腺炎治療經驗,深入研究胰腺炎發病機制的基礎上,對急性胰腺炎的定義及分類標準等做了一系列的修訂以更好地指導臨床。在無治療急性胰腺炎的特效藥物的情況下,所有早期的治療策略主要是支持治療。AP病程變化差異大,預測AP患者入院時或入院24~48 h后并發癥,從而進一步及早監測與干預,如早期重癥監護是非常重要的。該文就AP分型系統與預測系統新進展予以闡述與總結。
