新型濕性敷料治療壞疽性膿皮病的臨床療效觀察_West China Medical Journal

目的探討應用濕性敷料治療壞疽性膿皮病的臨床療效。方法將2013年1月－2015年1月20例確診為壞疽性膿皮病患者，隨機分為試驗組和對照組各10例。試驗組在常規治療方法基礎上采用濕性敷料治療，對照組在常規治療方法基礎上采用1∶9聚維酮碘溶液換藥，治療1個療程（7～14 d）后對兩組進行療效觀察。結果治療1個療程后，試驗組10例均有效，對照組7例有效，3例無效，兩組療效差異無統計學意義（P=0.211）。試驗組和對照組換藥前疼痛評分分別為（2.50±1.08）、（6.60±1.07）分，糜爛面停止滲液時間分別為（3.10±0.99）、（6.70±1.06）d，上皮生長時間分別為（3.20±1.75）、（7.00±1.89）d，疼痛消失時間分別為（6.50±2.99）、（10.20±2.97）d，試驗組均優于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論根據創面所處的愈合階段，采用適合的新型濕性敷料換藥，能加速傷口愈合，提高患者滿意度，值得臨床推廣。
