目的探討心內科患者住院期間跌倒或墜床危險因素及預防措施。方法對2010年9月－2014年9月住院期間心內科發生的28例跌倒或墜床事件進行分析，并采用自制評分量表對其跌倒或墜床相關危險因素進行評分。結果 28例發生跌倒或墜床事件患者中男18例（64.3%），女10例（35.7%）；年齡54～82歲，平均（68.5±8.9）歲。患者發生跌倒或墜床多在夜班時間，地點以床邊為主；造成所有患者跌倒或墜床的危險因素均≥1個。出現不良后果共20例，且發生醫療糾紛4例。結論心內科患者住院期間發生跌倒或墜床危險因素多，因此應科學評估風險，采取針對性預防。
