目的探討行日間腹腔鏡下膽囊切除術患者出院準備度及出院指導質量現狀，并分析兩者相關關系。方法 2015年8月－10月，采用便利抽樣，對日間手術病房行腹腔鏡下膽囊切除術患者進行問卷調查，運用出院準備度量表和出院指導質量量表，分析二者的關系。結果 91.07%的日間腹腔鏡下膽囊切除術患者表示準備好了出院，出院準備度總表得分為（93.55±12.18）分，處于較高水平，出院指導總表得分為（100.51±11.01）分，處于較高水平，出院準備和出院指導質量呈正相關（P＜0.05）。結論日間腹腔鏡下膽囊切除術患者的出院準備度較好，但出院后仍需繼續在家康復；病房出院指導質量較好，仍需加強日間護理人員出院指導能力的培養。
