目的觀察麻醉蘇醒室（PACU）患者惡心嘔吐的發生率，及時糾正患者的惡心嘔吐。方法將2012年9月－2013年7月全身麻醉手術后入PACU的18753例患者的惡心嘔吐發生率及惡心嘔吐處理前后的效果進行回顧性分析。結果 18753例麻醉蘇醒期間患者中發生惡心嘔吐者60例，發生率0.31%；其中最多的為腹部手術患者，占總發生數中的35.0%；處理后比處理前收縮壓和舒張壓均有明顯改善（P＜0.05），惡心嘔吐癥狀明顯緩解或消失。結論對進入PACU的患者應進行全面評估并在PACU期間進行嚴密觀察患者的病情及生命體征變化，及時發現、處理患者的惡心嘔吐，保證患者在PACU期間的安全及舒適。
