目的分析腎上腺轉移瘤的CT征象及CT對腎上腺轉移腫瘤的診斷價值。方法回顧性分析2013年1月－2014年3月收治的50例經臨床及病理證實為腎上腺轉移腫瘤患者的CT資料，總結其CT征象。結果 50例患者中，轉移灶位于左側32例，右側8例，雙側10例；病灶直徑1～6 cm，平均4.5 cm；邊界不規則，多明顯強化，部分病灶呈不均勻環形強化征象。結論腎上腺轉移腫瘤有一定的CT特征，CT平掃+增強是發現、診斷腎上腺轉移腫瘤的可靠方法。
