淋巴結是食管癌轉移的主要部位,其淋巴引流區域涉及頸部、胸部和腹部,對其進行有效的檢測,對客觀、準確評價病情,指導臨床選擇個體化、多模式的治療方式,改善食管癌患者的預后至關重要。文章旨在多方位、多角度探討食管癌轉移淋巴結的治療理念和模式,歸納、總結近年來針對食管癌轉移淋巴結的治療相關的研究進展。
