食管瘺是指各種原因所致食管與鄰近器官的異常交通，根據瘺口連通的部位可分為食管胃吻合口瘺、食管氣管瘺、食管縱隔瘺、食管胸腔瘺、食管主動脈瘺等，其中食管主動脈瘺相對較少見。食管瘺發生后消化道分泌物甚至食物可經過瘺口進入氣管、胸腔、縱隔等，常導致致命性感染，且感染較難控制，若食管瘺不能得到及時診治，常導致多器官功能衰竭甚至死亡。因此食管瘺的治療成為胸外科和消化內科醫生研究的熱點之一。近年隨著內鏡技術的不斷發展，食管瘺的內鏡治療取得良好的效果。現就食管瘺治療的方法、效果等作一綜述。
