目的探討手術患者術中低體溫的發生率、降低程度、發生術中低體溫的重點人群及手術方式。方法采用便利抽樣的方法將2013年7月-9月符合標準的手術患者170例作為研究對象。在患者全身麻醉后采用食道探頭監測患者術中的體溫，每半小時記錄1次，了解患者麻醉后、手術開始后、打開腹腔后以及手術結束后的體溫變化曲線。結果手術患者低體溫率為52.9%（90/170）。開腹手術和神經外科手術低體溫發生率較高，但各手術類型低體溫發生率差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。10例患者監測過程中發現體溫過低，低至34.7℃，中途采用主動保溫措施退出研究。手術患者術中體溫變化可劃分為4個階段：下降期、快速下降期、平臺期、上升期。結論手術患者術中未普遍采取主動加溫措施，低體溫發生率高。在手術結束前，隨著手術時間的延長，體溫逐漸降低。
