睡眠和生理節律的機制已得到廣泛研究,其異常存在著性別差異,因此針對不同性別失眠患者的臨床研究對提高臨床療效有著重要作用和意義。現綜合近5年國內外相關臨床文獻,從性別和性腺激素角度探討其對生理睡眠和慢性失眠的影響。
