目的探討移動式床旁CT在神經重癥監護病房（ICU）的應用及護理配合。方法回顧分析2011年6月23日08:00－10月15日21:10使用移動式床旁CT行床旁CT檢查的97例患者臨床資料和檢查過程中的護理。結果移動式床旁CT的準確應用及時為醫療提供診治依據，在患者病情變化時，在不增加風險的情況下了解顱內的病情并及時作出處理，減少對患者的轉運，增加其安全性，對提高醫護質量起到重要作用，本組97例患者均成功完成CT檢查，未出現安全隱患。結論在神經ICU使用移動式床旁式CT可以及時地發現患者出現的各種異常情況變化，有效地避免搬動患者外出檢查所帶來的各種風險。
