目的探討AdVance吊帶系統治療前列腺電切術后壓力性尿失禁（PPI）的手術配合及護理要點，以提高男性壓力性尿失禁手術治療的效果。方法 2010年3月和10月2例PPI患者采用AdVance吊帶系統進行手術治療，術前做好心理護理及術野皮膚護理，準備手術器械和特殊用物，術中與術者積極配合，遵醫囑預防性使用抗生素，正確合理安置手術體位，注意保暖，使手術過程順利、流暢，縮短手術時間。結果 2例患者手術順利，術后均無傷口感染發生。術后分別隨訪12、18個月，漏尿癥狀基本緩解。結論在采用AdVance吊帶系統治療男性PPI時，充分的術前準備及積極、準確的術中配合，可達到提高手術效率，縮短手術時間和降低并發癥發生率的目的。
