目的評估有限切開技術結合鎖定鋼板內固定治療脛骨多段骨折的臨床療效。方法對2008年3月－2012年6月收治的45例脛骨多段骨折患者，采用有限切開技術結合鎖定鋼板內固定進行治療并就其效果進行回顧分析。結果 45例均獲隨訪，隨訪時間12～51個月，平均29.4個月，按Johner-Wruhs標準評定：優39例，良4例，可2例。所有患者均骨性愈合，無感染及骨不連發生。結論有限切開技術結合鎖定鋼板內固定治療脛骨多段骨折具有操作簡便、出血少、創傷小、骨折愈合佳的特點，可獲滿意臨床療效。
