目的探討經眼上靜脈路徑，栓塞治療外傷性頸動脈海綿竇瘺 (TCCF) 的圍手術期的護理。方法對 1998年 10月－2010年 9月收治的 13例眼上靜脈動脈化 TCCF 患者行微彈簧圈栓塞治療，并對術前、術中、術后規范護理措施及方法進行總結。結果 12例術后造影瘺口消失且頸內動脈通暢，顱內雜音消失，經過圍手術期的精心護理，突眼、眼外肌運動受限和球結膜腫脹 1 周內基本消失。1 例填入 5枚彈簧圈后，微導管脫離瘺口，術中造影瘺口仍顯示，1 周后球囊阻斷實驗陰性后閉塞頸內動脈主干，患者臨床癥狀消失。術后 3～12 個月對10例患者進行腦血管造影復查，僅1例復發。結論對于球囊閉塞困難的外傷性頸動脈海綿竇瘺，且眼上靜脈動脈化患者，采用微彈簧圈栓塞治療安全、有效。做好圍手術期的護理，對提高治療效果、預防并發癥有重要意義。
