目的　探討應用解剖型尺骨鷹嘴鋼板治療尺骨鷹嘴合并冠突骨折的內固定方法并評估其療效。方法　 2008年9月－2012年4月，運用解剖型尺骨鷹嘴鋼板治療11例尺骨鷹嘴伴冠突骨折患者，其中男9例，女2例；年齡24～68歲，平均39歲。結果　11 例均獲隨訪，隨訪時間6～40個月，平均22個月，X線片提示尺骨鷹嘴并冠突骨折全部愈合，肘關節功能按Cassebaum評分：優4例，良6例，可1例。無肘關節再脫位或半脫位、肘關節不穩及關節僵直發生。結論　尺骨鷹嘴伴冠突骨折是一種嚴重的關節內骨折，對無手術禁忌患者手術治療是首選。術中精確的骨折復位，切實有效的固定，良好的軟組織重建，以及術后早期的功能鍛煉是肘關節功能恢復的基礎。
