目的 探討小切口重瞼成形術的臨床效果。 方法 2011年9月－2012年6月，按三點切開法設計重瞼線，在內中外重瞼線上各作約5 mm長的小切口，掏剪瞼扳前眼輪匝肌及外側切口部分臃腫的脂肪組織，按切開重瞼的方法，用6-0尼龍線帶提上瞼肌腱膜將傷口縫1～2針。 結果 對13例行小切口重瞼成形術的患者， 隨訪3～6個月，重瞼外形均自然，無嚴重并發癥。 結論 本術式創傷小、恢復快、效果穩定，是一種值得推廣的手術。
