目的　探討顱內動脈瘤破裂后，患者血清促腎上腺皮質激素、甲狀腺激素水平的變化情況。方法　監測2010年3月－6月共51例動脈瘤患者術前、術后2～3、4～5 d促腎上腺皮質激素（ACTH）、甲狀腺激素水平的變化情況，并對監測結果進行統計學處理。結果　 ACTH、促甲狀腺激素、甲狀腺素、血清游離甲狀腺素在術前、術后2～3、4～5 d差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05），三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（T3）、血清游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（FT3）在術前、術后2～3、4～5 d差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）；不同部位動脈瘤患者的T3、FT3在術前、術后2～3、4～5 d差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）；Fisher、Hunt分級不同級別的動脈瘤患者的T3、FT3在術前、術后2～3、4～5 d差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論　動脈瘤破裂患者的血清T3、FT3的變化水平情況，可以作為判斷患者病情的輕重與預后的一項重要指標。
